Season 1 Launch bricked accounts

Question

I have 2 child accounts that were able to play BF6 with no issues through Beta and initial launch. However, ever since Season 1 launched, their login has been bricked. I am unable to gain access to their accounts to check anything because the parent auth handoff is broken and gives me an Uh Oh error, we ran into a technical issue on our side.

Creating a help ticket doesn't seem to work either from my account to attempt to gain EA support.

Is anyone else seeing the same error logging in?

I am also having the same issue with my son’s account. EA support has been less than helpful. No timeframe if or when a fix is coming. Feels like they just blow me off, so they can get ticket closed and moved on to next case.&nbsp;
