seriously annoyed at crashes

spent close 100 euros to get the game and the battle pass and i have not been able to play for days, this is frustrating and EA should be ashamed of themselves, design new skins and in app purshases they know how, but making sure the update doesn' cause catastrophic game failure ?  somehow they don't know  ?? if this isn't fixed rapidly i want a full refund of the money i gave you.
