Should I be able to see previous ban appeal cases?

I can understand why two unfamiliar closed cases would be concerning, especially if you weren’t playing Battlefield or submitting appeals at the time.

Closed cases may sometimes show only limited information in My Cases, so the lack of additional details doesn’t necessarily confirm what the cases were about. Unfortunately, we can’t open or review private case records from the forums.

Since you don’t recognize the cases, I’d recommend treating this as a possible account-security concern. Please change the passwords for both your EA Account and its connected email address, then enable two-factor authentication if you haven’t already.
