Snow artifacts in thermal optics

This started happening to me on the last few days. It happens when I have any thermal optic equipped (see attached video and picture).

Most of the time, I can get rid of it by going into options and toggling the custom reticle color (on to off, or off to on) and it clears up.  If I die and respawn, the snow comes back. Anyone else experiencing this? (9950xX3D + RTX5080) less

[Solved] Thanks for the suggestions (on Reddit) to check DLSS settings. Adjusting them in the Nvidia app has resolved the issues.
