Bf6 Xbox rubber banding

I play bf6 on xbox and have been rubber banding since the latest update all game everygame. Every game type became unplayable. My top left corner looked like a christmas tree with all of the latency/ packet loss/ lag issue symbols. I googled a bunch of stuff on how to fix it (including, hate fueled searches) which had almost only PC related issues/fixes. I feel dumb saying it....but if you are in the same boat i was in....just restart your wifi router. I have played approximately 3 hours since and have not had a single rubber banding moment or a disconnect. Dont ask why it took this long for me to do it, i dont have an answer.
