So i can`t get my rewards from " Road to Battelfield 6 "

So, I contacted EA support hoping for help. But unfortunately, I only get boilerplate responses to my requests and questions. So, you go to EA support to ruin your mood. I expect to get a live response every time, but I get a boilerplate response. This isn't the first time I've contacted them, and every time it's the same thing. Can't support really provide an answer? Can't they help or transfer me to a more senior manager? At this rate, I won't get my lost rewards. But the saddest thing is, I don't know what else to do to resolve this issue.
