I have the same problem since the launch of BF6. The only fix i found was to relaunch the game, sometimes it works the first time sometimes i have to start it a couple of time. Since the launch of season 2 i also have invisible text in the menu.
Sorry for being late to reply, but I have had no luck at all. I have tried that as well, but nothing.
