Social Tab not working /No visuals

Hi.
I have moved to new apartment and my Social Tab is not working anymore.I cannot open messages,see friends,or receive/send invitations.
Also there is no visuals on main menu. Only black color.
I tried some solutions from the internet but nothing is working. 
Do we have a fix for this?
