Soft crashes to desktop

Hi, this last 4 months ive been trying to enjoy playing BF6 and did for short periods of time like 2 days and then the soft crashes start to happen, then I spend some days looking for the fixes, I try something until it solves, then aagain and again and again, until all the fixes I got before dont work, for this last 4month I still see all the posts about this without answer from EA, and for this last 4 months I see new paid **bleep** getting flushed in the game and no fix, now im asking at least for an answer from the community managers about this.
Its not my pc problem, this is just an unfunctional game. 

If no answer for this issue ill have to ask for total refund of the game and in the game.
