werk_RU2 months agoSolutionClick on the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of the EA app.With your mouse, hover over 'Help'.Left-click on 'App Recovery'.Left-click on 'CLEAR CACHE'.The EA app will now clear its cache and restart.
