Some keyboard inputs disabled when crouching with CTRL.

For example i cant reload when crouching, also cannot move forward with W. Restart sometimes fixes it.

Had the same issue.

Turned out to be my Geforce ShadowPlay operating in the background (even although it wasn't enabled) - Changing the keybinding from CTRL+R fixed my issue.
