Will not sign me into the game. Have reset my modem, router and completely logged out and back in. All multiple times.
- i know it is not my internet as everything else is working.

do you use a wire or wifi ? and can you put up a connection straight from your modem to your platform and leave the router out of it ?

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. In addition to the suggestions shared by the other two players, could you try restoring the license?
You could also try adjusting your network settings:
- Change the Wi-Fi frequency band from Automatic to 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz
- Change your DNS settings to Manual, then enter 1.1.1.1 as the primary DNS and 1.0.0.1 as the secondary DNS
why can’t battlefield or just playstation in general have a customer contact where we can have a 1 on 1 conversation on call instead of relying on **bleep** forums that do absolutely nothing for someone stuck in a situation like so
