Spent Coins But Didn't Advance Tier!

I'm on the last tier of the Winter Offensive Battle Pass. Spent the 150 coins TWICE to fill the last tier and get the ice axe. IT TOOK MY COINS -TWICE- BUT NEVER GAVE ME THE TIER, THE ITEM, OR EVEN A LITTLE SPOT BENEATH IT!!!!

WTF? You take my money (I actually purchased coins) and then give me nothing in return. Give me my 300 Battle Coins back!!
