Splash screen stuck

I preordered on steam, only to have the splash screen problem, I have gon through every troubleshooting step on this forum with nothing fixing the issue. I have secure boot on, TPM on, smooth motion off, exploits off, tried running without multiplayer stuff, used the repair tool, verified files, i think it just plain won't work for some reason. I played the beta just fine but this seems like it won't work. i got a refund on steam an repurchased through EA and tried it all again, still no good. Please help I just want to play battlefield again.
