Standard edition with ea play pro

Hey! I've just bought the ea play pro subscription because it was a better deal for me (I play fc26 and bf6 and I would get the best versions of them) to just pay for it. 
My only problem is that I didn't get the phantom edition, just the standard. I can buy the phantom edition for 27 extra euros, but I do not want to spend money on it, because EA said on their page that this subscription is containing the phantom edition. I mean its not a big problem for me, but I would be happy if I was able to get that extra 2x xp and the 25 tiers as the battle pass comes out.

Does anyone have the same problem or just it for me?

PS: I wrote a ticket to the support with a screenshot of my EA APP where it shows the phantom edition that I can buy, and they replied back that there is a download button and I can download it...
