Hello ea,
On my account on pc it appears i cant select redsec in the menu because it does not show. I can play via invites when a friend starts the match. The only playlist i can play is ranked.
On the same account on ps5 it is normal. So only on pc for me.
Ive seen multiple reports about this problem so i know in not alone.
I hope you come with a fix soon.

i didnt notice any action being taken. And if so, i think it would be nice to know if the problem is being investigated.
the problem is that the complete redsec tab is missing from my menu on pc. I can still play via invite and when somebody else starts the game, but i really want to resolve this because on my own i cant play public redsec. Only ranked.
Is there something we can do to resolve this?
I would love to hear if you or i can do something about this issue.

How can the playlist disappear for some but not others? First day I get a PC and this happened while my PS5 is just simple and everything is working properly. I've never seen it in a game where the gameplay selection just is gone SMH.
EA, please for the love of God please fix this.

Exactly what happend to me. Upgraded from a ps5 to an high end laptop. First day, no redsec tab..
Thanks man, i only have this in the menu;
When i get on the pc i will have a look at the install files. But im pretty sure everything is installed correctly. Because i can still play. Just cant see the tab. Also not account related i guess bc on the same account on ps5 i have everything.
