Steady aim toggle and zoom toggle in same button broken?

Hi,

Keybinds have been reseted in some update. Can't get recon steady aim in toggle mode working again. I use toggle in both, zoom and steady aim and I bind them to mouse right.

This used to work in release. When I clicked mouse right with sniper rifle zoomed and recon held breath as soon as possible. If I zoomed out and zoomed again, same process started out.

Now toggle steady aim just doesn't work. Nothing happens. If I instanty zoom out and in again it seems to work. This isn't practical. If I use hold mode, everything seems to work right but I don't want to to use it.

Is toggle steady aim and zoom in same button really broken or am I missing something here?
