Just updating: Still banned. Support is just giving canned responses and not actually investigating the issue or providing information. This is horrendous customer support. They aren't listening to the issue or explanation so that they can actually address whatever is bugging out things on their end.
how did you talk to support?

I had to log out, open an incognito/private browser session and go through as a Guest - THEN it gave me live chat and email options.
Further Update: They still are refusing to investigate or unban, and not accepting any new cases from me. I am pursuing a refund and will just look to use all new accounts. Despicable behavior and entirely braindead support activity to not even aid. My account is 17 years old with no violations, no bad actions, nothing. But they won't do anything to fix this OBVIOUS error. Very frustrated by this and their lack of action and just canned responses.

same, my account is so old and i cant even get my money back cus i played single player for more than 2 hours... they told me it would take up to 10 days to hear anything back
