Yes, bro. An official statement was exactly what I wanted too. I had to open nine support tickets just to hear that, and still nothing has been said publicly. I really hope we get compensated for this. I’ve waited a long time to play BF6, and I haven’t had a single match yet. Let’s hope this gets fixed soon.
