Still cant play a game

Ever since the beta till now my battlefield doesnt work. Every time I search for a game it searches and begins connecting then as the svreen changes lime its loading it i get thrown back to the menu screen and habe to search again, ive tried wired and wireless commenting ive re installed 4 times.... uve messaged on here multiple times. Still not fix??? EA come on please at least ackowledge the problem exists
