Storage conflict issue

When I loaded up BF6 this morning a notification said there was a storage conflict issue between my system storage and the cloud.

All multiplayer packages seem to have been uninstalled and I can’t manually reinstall them. Only fix I can see is reinstalling the full game but is that the only way?

PatYourShants I read another patch was released to fix it.
