Store soldier issues xbox

Hi is anyone else having issues when trying to scroll over the smaller soldier packs that stack above each other I.e. viper phantasm and viper pulse aswell as  vanguard force or vanguard fatality the issue being you cannot scroll up or down to see either one it’s pot luck what 1 it lands on for you to see, and if you try to scroll up or down it takes you off the soldier tab not sure if this is just on Xbox or on both console platforms as you can probably hover over the tabs with mouse on pc
