Stuck in loading page

Hi,

I'm currently stuck in the loading page for few minutes then I ended up spectating my team until they redeploy me. No Deaths recorded. WTF is happening? I was located in the middle east, at first no issue in playing from season 1 and 2 now in season 3 my ping went to 200ms and I was in EU server everytime? Game is F up or what? I don't want to pay for VPN i just want to play with low pings server. LET US SELECT OUR OWN SERVER....
