Support Specialist 2 Challenge Not Completing

This challenge is still not tracking no matter what I do it will not track and it is stopping me from getting the airburst launcher, any help would be great. Thanks

Hey, folks.

Thank you for all of the replies on this one. We have gathered the information everyone has shared and passed it along to the right folks.

I know it's frustrating when challenges aren't tracking correctly, especially while working through assignments. We'll continue to share updates as soon as we receive more information.

Here are some of the most common workarounds players have reported trying to get the challenge to progress:

Only resupply teammates who actually need ammo.

Target teammates who are actively firing.

Stay near objectives and larger groups of teammates.

Focus on resupplying squadmates rather than random teammates.

Drop the Supply Pouch directly at teammates instead of nearby.

Try Portal / Community servers.

Restart the game if progress appears stuck.

Try smaller modes such as TDM or smaller Portal experiences.

Subject: Game-breaking bug in Support Specialist Assignment - Fix your game or lose your players!

To the EA Development and Support Team,

I am writing this out of sheer frustration. I have been trying to complete the "Support Specialist" (Stage 2) assignment to resupply teammates 135 times with the Supply Pouch. Despite doing exactly what is required, throwing countless pouches, and even trying workarounds in Portal mode—the counter is completely frozen at 0/135.

This is absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I feel completely ignored. Every single time you release a new update, you break something else and release new bugs. It feels like you just don't care about your player base or your customers anymore. You ignore our reports, do whatever you want, and leave us stuck with broken progression.

I demand a direct solution or a hotfix for this bug within 48 hours. I did not buy this game to be a beta tester for your broken updates. Don't be surprised when people completely stop playing your game—the way you treat your community is disgusting.

Fix my assignment progression, or give me a solution now. I am tired of being stuck because of your mistakes

This is a known issue, but there is no resolution or an ETA for one at the moment, unfortunately. However, you can use the reporting below for some information regarding the problem, and an update should be posted there by a Community Manager when they have it to share.
