Support Specialist 2 Challenge Not Completing

This challenge is still not tracking no matter what I do it will not track and it is stopping me from getting the airburst launcher, any help would be great. Thanks

its not just for me, fix it, stop putting this thread ins SOLVED thread, its not solved, its ongoing issue for more then a month

  and youve put unsolved issue in solved thread, no wonders devs cast keep up on bugs< u put them all on solved threads
