Tap to deploy small med pouch broken

For the past couple days, I've had a new bug that has driven me CRAZY

Normally it works like this

1. I take damage while holding my primary weapon
2. I tap 3 to deploy my gadget in that slot, small ammo pouch
3. I immediately duck out of cover and start returning fire

However, for the past few days, after I throw the med pack, my primary weapon returns to my hand but pressing the left mouse button throws another med pack directly at my enemy. I have to press the "1" key again to watch my primary weapon switch to itself to fire my gun again. 

This has been happening to me constantly for about a week now. If someone would squish it when they get a chance, that would be great.
