Not sure where to post but bf pro battle pass operator pack issue.

So I have the bf pro battle pass and I was given the opportunity to play the recent event that awarded the operator pack and some other exclusive awards. But it was bugged. Unable be obtained. I used 1100 battle pass points to purchase the exclusive operator pack bc I wanted to make sure I had it. THEN… about a week later I was gifted the operator pack which I already purchased. I’ve contacted support and they said they can’t help me and sent me this link. I’m hoping somebody at battlefield sees this and can help. I want my 1100 bf coins back so I can buy something else in the store and I don’t think this is an unreasonable request. I don’t want extra for time and suffering or no **bleep** I just want my 1100 coins back. Bc I bought the operator pack that was glitched in your game and wouldn’t give it to me properly. Then I was gifted it anyway a week after a bought it. I personally don’t think that’s right and anybody that wants to argue me I think is wrong. Can I get my 1100 coins loaded back into my account since I bought the operator pack pack that was glitched and I was supposed to get anyway? Then was gifted what I already bought after the fact when I should have been gifted my 1100 coins back? Can I get a reasonable response from some type of management at battlefield? I’m being redundant on purpose to make my issue crystal clear. Not wanting to go back n forth over n over. I think it’s pretty clear and somebody can look my account and be like oh yeah he’s right. Let’s send him 1100 coins. Cmon. Don’t be like call of duty.. I left them for battlefield over **bleep** like this. And I like this game but do me dirty.
