The Campaign needs a little love

There are alot of people who enjoy the campaign like myself. It has a great story and the graphics and detail are the best I have seen. However..there is one glaring problem that ruins the experience. The squad members constantly surround you and get in your way...mostly stopping right in front of you blocking your target.

I have found no way to pass this issue on to the people who can fix it with a update. If anyone can direct me I would appreciate it.
