Soooo, I just wanted to fly in BF6 and found out (like many others) that joysticks doesn't work in BF6.
Now, there a lot of hoops to go through with HidHide/vJoy and Gremlin.
That is crazy in a AAA title that basic joysticks doesn't work and have been a problem multiple times as fa as I can tell.
PLEASE FIX THIS :)
I'd like to use a hotas setup too, but I wont use any of those emulator apps because I'm afraid the anticheat will ban me for it. and the native support is absolute garbage.
I like you both have my Issue with no HOTAS native game support!
I recently (08/24/2026) bought a Thrustmaster T.16000 m FCS Joystick, (I used a Logitech extreme 3D Pro in previous BF Titles).
I installed the drivers & firmware, surprisingly I was able to program the Joystick Keys inn game (BF6/Settings/Controller/Joystick edit; Jet). I am happy but Native support would be less complicated and a lot more Fun for everyone.
A Friend installed his same day but failed to program to the game, unsure why my setup worked but this is a Support Issue I have posted/reported about since BF6 Pre-Alpha Tests began.

I wanted to buy the same HOTAS you both have but was wary (and still am) due to No BF6 Support.
