Tier skips aren't appearing

DICE, I bought 35 Tier skips- where are they?

I'm replying to your recent one I filed three reports.They keep saying there's nothing we can do.  And they say, we'll let the teen know there's a bug in the system.  I told them don't develop a game that you can't repay someone when they purchase things. Or when you sell people things that they don't get, or when it's you're playing your character's sides back all the way to the beginning of where you start, people are flying in the air tanks going underneath the ground and landing water or you do. No wonder they're losing players
