"Time Nudge" is making the game unplayable (PC Help needed)

Is anyone else having issues with "Time Nudge (TN)"? It's causing constant variable lag of up to 1500ms in my matches especially when I'm around enemies. This is not to be confused with network laten...

I'm running at 4k high-ultra @ 60FPS in the campaign right now. If I'm in a solo lobby in multiplayer I can do the same, just as soon as I'm around others, especially lots of enemies online my TN starts tanking.
