"Time Nudge" is making the game unplayable (PC Help needed)

Is anyone else having issues with "Time Nudge (TN)"? It's causing constant variable lag of up to 1500ms in my matches especially when I'm around enemies. This is not to be confused with network laten...

FrodoEsquire please post a screenshot with the network performance graph and FPS Performance Overlay on-screen.
