"Time Nudge" is making the game unplayable (PC Help needed)

Is anyone else having issues with "Time Nudge (TN)"? It's causing constant variable lag of up to 1500ms in my matches especially when I'm around enemies. This is not to be confused with network laten...

Ive had this issue since the beta. Game works well in custom browsing servers (smaller player count and USA servers) on big maps matchmaking the game is unplayable
