Hey OskooI_007 See below. If the images look weird I run the game with HDR, I know it affects videos, not sure about screenshots.
The TN fluctuates wildly second to second. It definitely happens most when I'm alive and close to enemies, so the timing of the screenshots are somewhat hard to get. The first screenshot is using a bit more VRAM because I was using Auto (balanced) before then changed it to Auto (performance). The rest of the screenshots are with performance. I have also tried with fixed low - medium - high settings and besides low and running at a mucher lower render res, the TN is still a big issue. I also tried with/without Vsync, reflex, DLSS, HDR, etc. and it had no effect. It also seems to be worse on some maps more than others.
FrodoEsquire thank you for posting screenshots, they are very helpful.
A framerate below 60fps on Official servers will cause time nudge (TN) to spike. If time nudge (TN) spikes it will cause network lag. A framerate below 60fps is what's causing the network lag.
You can read more about time nudge (TN) in the link below.

The FPS performance graphs in the two screenshots above are showing the GPU maxed out with a framerate of 25fps.
The GPU appears to be rendering at 3840x2160 native 4k resolution without any DLSS upscaling. This would explain why the GPU is maxed out, because it's rendering at native 4k resolution!
If DLSS was working, the information bar at the top of the screen with green text would say 'Scaled from: 2227x1253'.
I suggest getting the GPU framerate over 60fps by lowering the graphics settings and using DLSS.
After you get the GPU performance over 60fps we can work on the CPU performance by disabling simultaneous multi-threading (SMT) and checking if you have a custom user.cfg . If you do have a custom user.cfg then disable it.

Hey OskooI_007, thanks for the response. What is weird is DLSS is supposed to be on "balanced". I never turn it off. I switch to straight medium settings and keep DLSS on balanced and monitor frame rates for keeping above 60fps. I find it a bit stupid that a FPS drop will also lead to server lag. Definitely the first game I've had this in.

FrodoEsquire post another screenshot when you get the GPU framerate over 60fps. I'll take a look at CPU performance next.
