TIMED OUT FOREVER?

Don’t know if I’m in the right place but I’m getting pretty desperate. Every time I log in and try to join a match in BF6 , I get a “TIMED OUT” message. I’ve never cheat/hacked or said something on the mic (cause I don’t have one lol) but I’ve been having this issue for the past week and can’t seem to join a match. Can anyone help with this? (Don’t know if I need to mention but it’s for XBOX)
