Since you're on PlayStation, are you using Wi-Fi or a wired Ethernet cable? This error is often caused by packet loss or an unstable connection. If you are on Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection to see if it improves.

Also, manually changing your PlayStation's DNS settings to Google DNS (Primary: 8.8.8.8 / Secondary: 8.8.4.4) or power cycling your router might help resolve the connection issue. Give it a try!
