Towers and other objects not rendering, particularly in jets and zooming issue

When flying, towers are not rendering until you’re pretty much face to face with it. Noticing this in Railway of Golmud A LOT! 

Also, when flying and zooming, when you release LT to zoom out, it stays zoomed in. It has always been a case of press LT to zoom and release LT to zoom out. However, I’m having to press LT again to zoom out which is annoying!
