Unable to connect to EA server

Unable to connect to EA servers on Battlefield 6.

I am able to connect via Battlefield 2042 with no issues. 

I’ve reset the router and network connection. 

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

I’ve verified server status.

I’ve restarted my Xbox X. 

I am also unable to see where I’ve started a case for this issue although I’ve used EA help to submit an issue with connection 3 times. Cases page shows nothing so I am unsure one is even being processed.
