I was having problems on Friday, Oct 17, 2025. I had no luck getting help from EA support. (They never responded to my ticket) My game wouldn't even load to the start screen. The error said can't connect to servers. I finally figured out that DNS was the issue. I could login by changing my DNS settings. I choose Cloudflare Primary 1.1.1.1 and Alternate 1.0.0.1. After changing that in network settings my game started right up. Maybe this will help you too.
