Unable to connect to ea servers
I’m in the states and have a Xbox s just got done texting to customer service from ea solved my email problem now says unable to connect to ea servers how long have they been down?

Hey there. Thanks for getting in touch. Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
