Unable to load into a game - forcibly removed back to menu with no error code

We have been facing an issue since the games official launch wherein attempting to que into a game fails. Regardless of which mode we que into, the game will launch, as if we are loading into a game, and then will display a blank loading screen. Afterwards, we are forced back to the menu, with no input as to what the cause of the issue is

This issue was intermittent at fist, but now constant every since the official game launch. We are able to launch and fully play the games campaign mode with no issues. We are running on the current patch on Steam. So far, we have attempted:

• Re-verifying file integrity through steam
• Disabling and enabling TPM 2.0 software on from the BIOS
• Reinstalling the game fully through steam
• Tested connecting through a phone hot spot to rule out router issues

What is unusual is the issue persists only 90% of the time. Seemingly randomly, we are able to join into a game, in which we will have no problems queing in several games back to back. However, closing and reopening the game, with no changes made, results in this issue returning.

The computer graphic drivers are up to date, and no other game, Battlefield or otherwise, has any issues connecting to game servers.

Window 10 Home, Build 19045

MIS B360M PRO-VDH Motherboard

Model MS-7B24

32 GB DDR4 RAM

Intel Core i7-8700 CPU

At this point, we have been unable to consistently play the game for several months, and are desperate for any answers to the underlying cause
