Unable to play BF6

So i was able to play all day yesterday and today for some reason when i launch the game, it is asking for me to login again. When i add my credentials and brings me back to the EA portal, i reset my password, clear cache and still same issue. I tried using the contact us but its keeps looping to the same topics, can i just open a ticket like in the old days?
