Unexpected Error From Launching on Steam

I’ve just bought and downloaded the game, Safe boot is on UEFI is on, EA Javelin has been installed, uninstalled, then reinstalled and i’ve restarted my computer I don’t know how many times and it won’t launch. Sometimes the play button stays on stop as if it’s running, sometimes it switches from the stop back to start, or it either gives this message. Some ideas to fix this would be very appreciated.
