Unknown Error on EA app

Trying to boot up Battlefield 6 from the EA app and having issues with it

When trying to connect to online services

have tried clearing the cache, repairing the game, and rebooting the EA app as well as PC

All drivers are up to date

Still getting the same issues

same, I checked my game and the internet connection. Everything is up to date and internet has no issues
