Unknown Error on PS5 – Error Code 1:86001S:51009S:11468332130:10738073600

Hey everyone,

I’ve been getting this "Unknown Error" every time I try to play Battlefield 6 on my PS5. The full message says:
UNKNOWN ERROR
An unknown error occurred.
Error Code: 1:86001S:51009S:11468332130:10738073600

This has been happening for a while now. I’ve done everything EA recommends — restarted my PS5, reinstalled the game, restored my licenses, reset my router, checked my internet connection, relinked my PSN and EA accounts, and even tried changing DNS settings. Nothing has worked.

I’ve also submitted multiple tickets through EA’s support site but haven’t received any response.

I’ve read that some players have been able to reach EA through a live chat, but I can’t seem to find that option anywhere on the site.

Has anyone had any luck recently getting through to EA Help via chat? If so, what exact topic or category did you choose to make that option appear?

Any advice would be appreciated. I just want to get this error resolved.
