I am having the same issue and don't know how to resolve, it's been an hour now with multiple restarts of the game and console. 

Mines been down for 8 hours

Same here i can't get on same error code im assuming erebody on xbox

24 hours now with no response. I’m about to get arc raiders and just play something else. 

Mine just stopped bugging’  with the 5400s code.

Once again, locked out of playing the game either the same error code. Beyond frustrating when you have limited time to invest in the game you’ve paid pretty good money gut.

Is anyone getting an answer as to why Battlefield 6 will not even start?

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it then played the game for 1 hour turned it off got back on and got the same error code again thinking about getting Call of Duty and selling Battle Field 6 game they should fix this problem quickly 

Think I’m just gonna get arc raiders and give it a shot for a while.

Same here. Platform on Steam and i live near HK. My ping is like 1 to 2 on HK server. And now with LAN it not working with same error  code `14:136002s:-7a` or `14:136003s:-7a`.
If i change to use mobile cellular data, it DID work to access the game server. It seem to be EA server problem.

Nope. It’s like they’ve got our money already and dgaf.

I'm getting the same exact error. I've deleted, reinstalled the game NUMEROUS times. Once I reinstall the game, it works fine. But once I shut it off, and come back to it, it gives me the same error, and I'll have to delete the game, and reinstall it again. Didn't have this problem in season 1. Nothing but a bunch of problems in season 2.

Hello mate, I messaged you but not sure even that worked! Anyway...just wanted to say...I'm on Xbox and I've been having this for over a week now. Just tried it 2 mins ago to see if it has been fixed...it hasn't it's disgraceful tbh. Have you had any luck because as it stands this game is unusable. I can't get on multiplayer, none of the socials are working at all and it constantly crashes with the same unknown error code that you are getting 🤦🏻‍♂️

Only thing that works for me is pull power cord out for 2 minutes then hold power button for 10 seconds then after that plug it back up and turn on. Works every time for me. But it only a temporary fix.

Pulled the power cord for couple minutes yesterday and it worked when I turned back on. Shame to have to do this. If it continues I will ask for refund since it is an ongoing problem that should be a priority fix. 

Worked for me yesterday. Don’t like to have to do this every time though. 

I play mine on Xbox every day but this is what I have to do. Unplug the power cord out the back of console. Leave it unplugged for 2 minutes.  Then after 2 minutes I hold the power button in on console for 10 seconds. After that I plug the power cord back into console and turn it on. Works for me every time. But works for one session till restart. Im on wifi.
