This keeps happening after about 5-10 minutes of me getting in the game. I can't find a way to contact EA. The one thing I did find they haven't responded, and that was yesterday. Does anyone know what to do about this? Does anyone know a way to actually contact EA, as it seems they make their contact information exponentially hard to find?
Not the exact same but I've been getting an unknown error since launch day after playing one game. Error Code 1:86001S : 51009S : 11468332130 : 1073807360Q
You can try and get connected to an EA advisor but it takes hours. Go to your profile, click EA help, scroll down to EA account support, scroll down and click "Contact us". I never got connected Friday night and gave up after hours. Saturday I got connected but after 4-5 hours.
