UNKOWN ERROR. UNPLAYABLE.

Since season 2 this issue has plagued me. I own the game through the EA app. The game was unplayable and so I stopped and played something else. I came back and the same issue persists. I have uninstalled reinstalled. Wiped all files. Gone through internet settings. Repaired the app. Last month it was good for a bit and I enjoyed playing. It was fine at the launch of the new naval maps. Now its back. Its always the same unknown error. Less than 5 minutes in a multiplayer match it shows up. Sometimes just sitting in the lobby I get it. Ive lost all hope and am to the point of wanting a refund if I cant play the game. I grabbed the phantom edition because I was so excited for this game. I would even take a swap for a steam version if thats what it takes. Please help me find a way to play. I have maybe 50 games installed and no other games give me any issues and the PC can definitely handle any games.
