Two issues - Crashing - figured something out

I've been having a classic issue, where something is making me alt-tab to my desktop in the middle of various games.  I went through the typical troubleshooting for several days.  Making sure discord or other overlays didn't have notifications turned on.  Heck turning of all notifications from anything including Windows.

Turning off all apps including razor, nvidia, etc etc... still wouldn't stop.

I also got some direct x 12 hang error dealing with windows management.

Then on top of that, i would be playing in Full screen mode and sometimes if i dragges my mouse to my other screen it would still go there.  I mean i could be in a tank and just aiming my gun but pull it off to the side and my mouse pointed would appear on my second monitor.  If i was in windowed, or windows borderless i might understand, but that is weird and easily repeatable.

So as a last resort i found an article to hit Windows + p and turn off my monitor extension and select "PC screen only"

After I did that I played two full maps with no crashes and no unintended tabbing.
