So, I have been granted the Battle Pass (Season 2) for free as a compensation for players who pre-ordered the Phantom Edition.
I upgraded to BF Pro and it was stated that I should receive coins as a refund for already owning the Battle Pass.
"If you upgrade to Pro, 1100 Battlefield Coins from the cost of the Battle Pass will be refunded to your account. "
As the title says, I still haven't received any...
Anyone else with the same issue?

I had pre-ordered Phamtom Edition and BF Pro season 1 and this is my current situation :
- No S02 Battlepass
- No BF Pro S02
- 1100coins from finishing Battlepass of S01
Now what i'm wondering :
if I buy the Battlepass S02 from the 1100coins, how much cost BF PRO ? Still 25euros ? What about the 1100coins i would have spent on the regular S02 battlepass ?
No season 2 and no bf pro does the pro pass reset every season if so I will not be buying any bf in the future

I received the Battle Pass for free though but should still get the 1100 coins for owning it and upgrading to Pro.
I have the same issue! I upgraded to BF pro last night and I didn't receive the 1100 coins for it.
I opened a ticket with EA support and they are looking into it.
I have the same issue! I also have the problem that I have bought the Phantom edition that came with the first Season/Battle pas, I activated it but it still gave me the option to buy it. I did that by accident, and it didn't give me anything, so I wasted another 25 eu. I reached out to EA with no response
Where is the best way to get in contact with them? Because I opened about 8 tickets now for previous problems with the first Battle pass and are ignoring every single one of them!
Update: I got my 1100 battlecoins back now!👍🏼 Just need to get my money back (or battlecoins) for the 25eu I wasted on the fist Battle pass. I have the Phantom Edition, and activated the pass with my token. So the option to still be able to buy it shouldn't have been there. As I didn't receive anything on purchasing the first Battle pass, twice😅

Owned Phantom edition, got problems at launched, they promised S2 battle pass for free, got S2 battle pass for free, bought PRO expecting to get 1100 coins, didnt get coins, spent week writing to support, today got this answer:

Because I got it for free, I dont get 1100 coins. They are **bleep** greedy b*stards. What else can I say.

LOL what a joke! I guess I won't be receiving any coins either.
Had I known that up front, I would not have upgraded to BF pro this season and just kept the free S2 battlepass.
